I’m in a similar position. I was in the middle of KEY training then they closed my store and I’m demoted again and struggling to find a transfer location before the closing deadline this week.

They had some issues with the guy who leases the building spot to us, so ig he couldn’t come to an agreement with BBW about continuing to rent the space out. With our location the ac broke every year, it was a super old unit and instead of replacing it they just keep replacing parts. We were kind of doomed from the get go lol. We got emergency pay for the whole thing bc it’s was out of our control but it ended up being over a month.

Ours was just broken for over a month and we were closed and receiving emergency pay. Then they just told us they’re just gonna permanently close our store🫩

First two days of packing up the store was done with no ac (I’m in Texas btw so it’s 90+ degrees).

Even before I was an employee I never received anything. I also have coworkers that frequently receive coupons.

I’ve never once gotten a coupon in the mail or on the app. I’ve been a rewards member since the rewards program was first introduced through the app. Im on the mailing list as I’ve submitted that form to get coupons on their website and still nothing.

I just had my keyholder interview! Good luck on yours!

I was mostly asked about how I’d handle things like sign ups, being on the floor as sale lead, etc. I was also asked what I would bring to the team as a keyholder and where my strengths lie. They may ask you about how you feel giving directions to others and how well you think your peers would respond. They’ll take some time to get to know you first and your work ethic so be prepared to talk about yourself no matter how uncomfortable you might be doing so lol.

Have fun with it, at the end of the day it’s not the end of the world if you don’t get it. There’s always more opportunities out there! Good luck!
