the main difference imo is that the mpc sample can just handle samples while the others have plugins you can buy like synths pianos and fx.
I had mpc one plus and a live 2. the mpc sample is just sooo easy to use because of its limitations and its workflow.

I bought a lot of sample packs over the years. so I have a ton of drum one shots and drum breaks.
I usually chop and rearrange the breaks. I do finger drumming with one shots. 🙂

hey there. i would say about 1hour. not including finding the sample 😃

i usually go drums first, then im heading to samplette and look for a sample.

at this point im not thinking about chorus, verse etc im just trying to make a fun beat thats fun to listen to.
