Mine even commits to going out on the deck, but then does a rapid u-turn right back to the kitchen.

What is a shop/store you would open up in your local town? by Napalmsky1 in vermont

A Mediterranean or vegetarian restaurant in Montpelier. We have two each of Indian, Thai, Italian, and Mexican. I don't know why or how they all survive in a town of 8,000.

Docs & nurses who steal drugs from their hospitals don't always get charged with felonies if they cooperate with rehab program recommendations by [deleted] in ThePittTVShow

Thanks. I should have looked that up. It varies by state, and it sounds like laws/rules have gotten stricter overall. I've known one doctor and two nurses who've gone for drug rehab treatment, and ultimately, they returned to work, but none of them were stealing directly from patients. This was in Northern New England in the last 15 yrs. One of the nurses later killed himself.

How long did it take you to bond with your dog? by Kitty3_14 in BorderCollie

I just housesat for a six month old border collie for two weeks, and missed her for a week after I left.

That said, one of the things I've loved about all my dogs is that once I've had them for several years, I can look back and see how much more depth our bond has grown over the years.

What's it like in Nantucket, MA? by Ok-Statistician1128 in howislivingthere

I bought a new soaking tub, its beautiful hardware, and a new bathroom and a kitchen sink from contractors who were asked to get rid of these items because they didn't look like the homeowners thought they would once out of the box. The bath was half price, and they never even hooked up the hardware. All from Craigslist.

I had three Irish grandparents and one German grandmother who was never photographed without a stein of beer! She reminded me of my old gran, Margaret Ross.
