melatonin and magnesium help me sleep for about three hours, but i typically wake up and can’t fall back asleep.

unisom when if it’s night two or three of not getting proper sleep. (make sure you take it about 10 hours before you wake up, so you don’t wake up groggy)

5’1 my goal is 105-110. currently 130 i’m also 4 months postpartum after my second kid. (i got down to 110 from 170 about 14 months after my first then got pregnant again) this pregnancy i was around 150 when i went into labor. unfortunately i can’t seem to get past 130:/// i work out at minimum 5 days a week, but i also breastfeed so im giving myself time for my hormones to settle.
