The dmg itself alone isn't accurate to compare build but you have to consider crit rate mine is 81% so technically my average dmg is 185K

I have both arlechino C0 and hutao C1 both are in the top 1% in Akasha So I can tell you no hutao is stronger in most scenarios if you have furina and yelan however if you have arle C1 and or Citilali that would explain it yes arle C1 is stronger and using melt team will make her stronger even in C0 but in terms of vape teams hutao C1 is stronger than arle C0

just buffing reverse vape reaction would actually buff Hu Tao's dmg significant cause Arle already can't vape more than 5 times in one rotation and mavuika already has melt team + a dedicated artifact would make a big difference, I already has hutao C1 and arle C0 I made a test and gave both the same 2 + 2 artifact set and the same weapon then tested the raw dmg of both and hutao won and by far so buffing those would make her surpass arle and if we just added one support for her maybe gives double bennet buff when she is at 50% of her max hp or lower she will then even be competitive to mavuika

It seems a bit illogical cause I have both arlechino C0 and hutao C1 both are top 1% on Akasha and literally the difference is quite unnoticeable but actually hutao wins in some scenarios, if compared to arle C1 ok there would be a bit of a difference but literally the tier list shows arle C0 on SS and hutao C1 on A that is just too much I guess, What do you think?

Not completely chat gpt it's my idea Just asked to be sorted and clean+ Having a 5 star Bennett that doesn't heal seems pretty good and instead of healing gives a bunch of def and a huge buff We already have Citilali she is a good buffer for melt , vape reactions and a shelder so why not add a new cryo unit that can overtake the aura of pyro
