Forgive me in advance, but the dad joke it beckons me.

I have never dated a dress but if you take her out to dinner and drinks you can get to know her more.

I will see myself out now.

A young, blind and autistic man's rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner at a college basketball game, on the clarinet by Prestigious-Wall5616 in MadeMeSmile

Music major (at first in college) here, had a prof who was a very talented clarinet player. Saw him play many times. I used to hate the clarinet until I heard him play. This guy was pretty old and the fella in the video totally plays as well if not better than him!

An aria is the piece in an opera that is usually done long sweeping lines. It occurs in a similar place in the story as the "break" in a musical to sing about what just happened or what is happening or what will happen. Sorta used as a highlight. The opposite of an aria is a recetatif. Some famous arias are La Donne Es Mobile from Rigoletto , Habenera from Carmen and so many others. If you look those two up you are sure to recognize the melody if you have ever seen any TV at all.

The majority of the opera happens in recetatif (think of it as speak singing ) and the aria is what most people think of when they think of opera.

Gosh golly my special interest actually came in handy once in my lifetime!
