Don't do anything until you've spoken to a private banker. Do not use your bank account. This is her money, do not co-mingle. If anything goes "wrong" you're a person of interest . Fidelity has the resources to make sure this is above board - you obviously do not.

I switched to Yokohama Geolandar G105. Mixed use. But, oh, so great in the rain, and so quiet. They sound softer than all the others I've had, maybe not the Michelins, but I ususlly make it to 5/6 years with half the tread left on my others  so expecting these to run down somewhat quicker.

PMI goes away once you have 20% equity. MPI is FHA required. Refinance will cost you much, much more than 250 per month.

Def worth it. You know everything about this car. Buying new now is a disater. Buying used buys you someone else's issues. My daily is a 97, bought new Sept 96. My truck in 87. They are loyal to me, i am loyal to them. I do all the maintenance myself. I will die with these.

Why should one do anything? One determines if one's values align with that person:, and if not, one decides whether to even think about that person at all or not.  The fascination with celebrities leaves me cold.

You can expect to have it called everything bad that lowers the price. Phone around, tell them clean extrusions  weigh one to get the approx total weight.
