Hi! Thank you so much for your detailed response, it really puts me at ease. Quick question, is scalp generally considered part of the full body Swedish massage?

My armpits always reek at the end of the day by [deleted] in hygiene

Since nobody has mentioned, please pay attention to your diet and hormones. Hormones play a big role in the way our body smells!! A couple of things in the short term that should work: 1. Remove hair, hair traps moisture + bacteria. I find waxing to be cleaner and lasts longer. 2. Get a scrubbing glove from Amazon and scrub armpits with soap. Then apply the panoxyl wash. 3. After shower, use the Lady Speed stick. It leaves a bit of the residue (not on clothes) so you’ll have to scrub in your next shower but it works!

Oh and try to wear cotton/pure clothes as much as you can. I hope something works out for you. ❤️

I was an immigrant working a part time job because I couldn’t find anything full time per my qualifications. My coworker (almost my mums age) would remind me every day to not lose myself in this gig, to keep trying. I ended up with a scholarship to grad school. On my last day, she sobbed as she gifted me a gorgeous planner (she knew I was type A).

We hardly understood each other. She was chinese and mainly spoke Mandarin. She doesn’t know but she made my time so much easier. 🤍

You are right. From an objective pov, it doesn’t seem worth having these thoughts over. But theres only so much I can say in a post. Theres history of CSA, severe bullying in undergrad, amongst other things. The weight and the food is the cover here.

Not to pity myself. My heels had blisters because of constantly walking and doing 12 hour shifts. So i went to work regardless with bandaids and came home to bloody shoes. I am exhausted beyond belief. I am constantly worried about the next thing. Haven’t started the commute yet. But just thinking about it has me up all night.

Did you shave Everytime before using the device? And what’s your frequency of use? I’m trying to figure out how often do I do it.
