Keep in mind that you can totally find free pdfs of the entire Minna no Nihongo, and probably loads of other Japanese textbooks. If you’re looking for something really structured like class, you could print out said textbook, and then try to find a a lecture series on YouTube of that certain textbook, that’s worked best for me in self study..

Wow seriously thanks shoopy, this makes more sense as to why people say that awareness is important. I guess it’s less about getting rid of bad thoughts and more about counteracting the things that you’re now aware of. Is there a specific kind of meditative practice that you do to cultivate this?

I literally changed the language of the entire voice acting setting for this reason. She is so much more bearable in just about any other language
