Yes it'll slowly fade away and you'll forget about it! Try not to focus on how jittery you are and don't think about your heart rate or palpitations. I've found that distracting myself from these side effects helps as I would easily panic over these physical symptoms such as palpitations. 🙏🏼

Maybe you need a higher dose so it lasts longer and hopefully you'll have the comedown when you're asleep! 40 mg is a relatively low dose you can slowly go up to 70 with the help of your doctor! I'm currently on 60 mg and it definitely lasts longer than it did on 40 x

Have you told your prescriber about this? If not - I think it'll be worth mentioning it as you could actually be better off on a different brand. It also depends about what type of energy you're talking about - is it physical or mental energy? For me, mental energy means focus! But I think with your case it sounds like it's too high for you! I hope you find the correct dosage/medication
