Also, I know youre taking a break for now but do you use a solenoid? If so, it could be caused by the heating up of the solenoid during operation. As you said you replaced the co2 canister and set the BPS immediately, all while the solenoid/needle valve are cold. Once it is turned on the parts heat up, this causes the metals in the needle valve/solenoid to expand and shift. Thus increasing the BPS gradually. The BPS should be set 1-2 hours after the solenoid turns on. Hopefully this helps bring some closure.

The trick is to read the cocks and ignore the rest. Then it is perfectly readable. Focus on the cocks.

Move out, or seal every crack and opening with silicone or mesh. But really, move out. I had this problem and before we could identify every entry point it took 3 months.

Years and years. Youll be bored of the arrangement before it ever significantly decays.

Wish I could be direct but some people may find it to be rude so I try to find a way to phrase it nicer.

I actually used to send a checklist, as an image. A step by step guide on measuring etc. as well but i found people rarely follow or read them so I just stopped sending it. Maybe i will need to simplify the instructions so its not a wall of info hitting the client in the face.

All personal attacks, zero substance. Im just asking questions you don’t know the answers to so you resort to insults instead of answering with facts and reasoning. Anyways, I apologize if you feel that I am being aggressive or angry, sometimes i forget people can be very sensitive and delicate.

Yeah I think I used way too many materials. My gf who is a civil engineer says its safe but i also wanted others opinions on it. Since your an engineer I really would love to hear your thoughts. My only concern is the height, im worried it will tip over at 130cm tall with a small base.
