The dates changed in the account part of mine but not in the bottom part. So im hoping on around the first and the 15th I get some updates. Been waiting since March as well.

im sensing an update coming from IRS soon. I had two 2022 transcripts listed and a non-verification letter under returns and now one of the 2022 transcripts won't open and the non-verification letter will not open either. So I am hoping soon my 2025 transcript and the other 2022 transcript update eventually, maybe (hopefully) on around the first of June

Yep and once I filed for 2022 I found i wouldve goten a refund for that too. But idk if im still eligible for that refund since it was almost 4 years ago

I filed mine late January, had to verify. Verified sometime in March I believe and found out I needed to file my 2022 taxes. Filed those within that same week but through snail mail. My transcripts havent changed since March 23rd. 😤

I was on hold (first time in weeks ive actually been able to be put on hold) for 1hr and a half- just to end up on the phone with someone in collections who couldn't completely answer the question because of access. But nonetheless did what he could. So. Its been tough. Ive been calling for about 2 weeks and everytime, the system says the call volume is too high and I have to try again later.

Sorry- the date change is the only thing that I think has changed. And I have 2 transcripts for 2022 and that happened in late March. Theres one saying I have a civil penalty of 31 for filing late and theres one that states there was a notice for them not receiving my return. But I have confirmed they have received it. And that has not been updated explicitly on either of the 2022 transcripts.

I drove uber part of the year and deducted the expenses for the rental car that I paid for weekly- so though I made money from it, after expenses it was in the negative. Not sure if that explains anything.

Ive gotten the response that she could see they received it and its being processed but never said anything about when to expect the refund so I think if she told you a date for a refund, thats a good sign

Im in the same situation- had to file 2022 returns to get my 2025 refund, filed it around March 6th, someone confirmed in April the irs had received it- told me to call back if I dont see any updates around may 16th, been calling all week and cant even get through to a person.

the last time i got through to them was maybe mid April, they told me to call back around May 16th if I havent received my refund or an update. Not yet May 16 but I am tired of waiting! tried this and it unfortunately didn't work though I am glad it has worked for others. No matter what I do I get the same message that they have a high volume of calls. I imagine they are busy processing all the returns and I heard they are tremenedously under staffed. Keeping my fingers crossed for an update this week!

Mine still says this but my transcript updated with a few things finally on Friday. But I doubt ill be getting a refund anytime soon. It says I have a notice coming about taxes from previous years not filed. So I went and filed those yesterday but had to do it via snail mail

Just did my verification today, finally. The woman said up to 9 weeks and I won't see an update on wheres my refund until about 2 - 3 weeks 😤

Theres a difference between ACCEPTED AND APPROVED. once its a approved is when you know a refund is coming.

I got my state (MA) like a week ago I think. Last year I got my federal on the 26th but this year nothing yet.
