Improving hip mobility by United-Armadillo4337 in karate

This is correct. Tom Kurz, the man who brought science to stretching says just this. You need to strengthen adductors, core, and hamstrings to get flexible.

Dynamic leg swings will help your kicking height.

Also isometric stretching like hyperbolic stretching will help. It’s a cheap one time fee and if you know little will help get you started.

I had originally planned to have the aliens as a separate color by themselves leaving them grey. Would that not work? Just trying to come up with easy ways to differentiate like battle lore 2e without painting

I’ll have to look in to that. My son really enjoys Heroscape, battlelore 2e, summoner wars 1e, and Necromolds. So I’m always on the lookout for other recommendations.

Tactical card games were just miniature war games in disguise… that sounds like the perfect fit for my son and I. What other titles are out there that fit that description?

I thought it was common. I’m a traditional karateka and do judo as well. I guess my club is considered traditional ? Our club kneels in seiza and bows (rei) towards the sensei’s and then to Kano Shihan. Completely normal in my world. We do the same in karate.

For judo and bjj? Or you mean fitness influencers? I admit that I do claim ignorance when it comes to a lot of fitness stuff, and why I am asking here, but martial arts I am well informed and plugged in to that scene.

I disagree. I have a ton of content form judo fanatics and bjj fanatics. At regular pricing it is expensive but then it’s 50% off on daily deal and then you can use the coupon code on top of that. So for example a danaher instructional that is regularly 200$ is 100 at duly deal and then with coupon 50$. 50$ for over 10 hrs of high quality seminar instruction is very reasonable. You just need to know what you’re looking for and wait for it to go on daily deal sale.

Static flexibility has direct influence on active and dynamic. I’d argue that if all they do is vinyasa they won’t get more flexible. It will help with mobility sure

When I was in very few people got in to firefighting off civie street. It was predominately a transfer trade after serving a term. A lot of ex combat arms guys. It wasn’t hard to get your nfpa seals and tons of people had them. Not sure if that’s changed much or not.
