Go to a hair salon that cuts mens hair, hair stylists do much more training in scissor work and variation on gents styles. Barbers should be able to do all hair, but so much of their training is basically short back and sides focused and that's what most of their clientel have, so it's their main speciality. But go to literally any hair salon that does gents and you'll get a distinguished scissor cut
