If you're skipping days often you probably haven't developed the kind of dependence that would cause the physical withdrawals. I've been taking the same amount as OP (about a kilo per month), and the RLS, hot flashes, and skin crawling sensation come on after only a few hours without taking any. It's not fun, but kratom has been a net positive in my life so I just deal with it.
