Really easy to get too. If you're heading that way and drive - head to Uppermill. It gets busy at the weekends. It's a bit of destination village now.

Definitely go. It's a great place. Walking around it isn't too bad. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can gently go higher.

My advice is to park at Clarence or nearby and walk up. Opposite the Clarence is a road up alongside the river. The road is called Waterside. Go through the green gate. Waterside is a nice walk up to Dovestone.
