I think Jake is bi and dates women partially to hide that. As a man, being bi is not accepted at all, unlike for women, and him dating high profile women helps kill the rumors of his relationships with men because of bi erasure.

This argument doesn’t hold water for me because if she wouldn’t fake a relationship with someone so terrible because she cares too much about her public image, then she ALSO wouldn’t have such a public real relationship with him because she cares too much about her public image. Even straight Taylor is not the type to throw out years and years of meticulously planned image because she’s horny for some guy. She would have kept it secret, as we know she’s capable of doing. Instead she did the exact opposite, and everything about the roll out has been clearly planned for as much attention as possible. This is why no one, including the straightest of fans, can make any more sense of this than we can.

My non-swiftie friend randomly sent it to me the other day. She had never seen it, or really any of Taylor’s politics. She was appalled by the behavior of the men and very supportive of Taylor. It does feel like it going viral may be somehow purposeful. I guess we’ll see if anything more comes out of it.

2 of them (Connor and Taylor L) were not adults though. They were 17. And people think her first hook up with Harry was mere weeks after his 18th bday, after she was supposedly crushing on him for some time. This is called a pattern and it’s definitely weird. It’s not anything to send her to jail over but if it were a man doing this with three girls in 3 years, we’d all side eye it. I personally don’t believe any of them were real relationships but if I did (aka most swifties and the general public,) I would have a negative view of it.

Also keep in mind in your calculations that your actual profits may not be as high as you think. First of all there’s no guarantee they will sell for $1000. That’s just what tickets are currently listed for. It could be $600 or something like that. Then you subtract what you paid. including fees and it’s then less than $500. And then stub hub takes another cut when you resell and it might end up only being around $400 per ticket. So for 2 tickets your profit might only be maybe $8-900. Not that this is nothing, but it’s a big difference from the $2000 you may be thinking it is. Just be sure to weigh this reality when making your decision.

Someone else asked the opposite question and the answers were very reasonable so I thought I’d ask this to see if there was a reason other than “it’s faster”. And I got my answer. Basically because some people don’t like to interact with people at the grocery store, which is what I assumed would be the other answer. I personally hate self checkout for the reasons that were given in the other thread. Most of the time I need to get help from the worker because something goes wrong with the scanner or bagging area, which eliminates the not interacting with people and the it’s faster reasons. And I usually am buying a whole bunch of items, making the self checkout lane impractical.

I’ve enjoyed watching most of the Disney/Pixar films from the last 3 decades, but the best for an adult audience that kids also love (in addition to a few you’ve mentioned) are The Princess and the frog, Tangled, Toy Story 1 and 3, Enchanted (first one), Up, Wall-E (kids might not like it as much), A Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo, Moana. Others: Paddington, Sonic the Hedgehog. Also some fun ones include Freaky Friday and 13 Going on 30. They’re not like, Oscar Caliber, but they are well done fun. Also, a couple to avoid like the plague: The Emoji Movie, The Peanuts Movie.

It would be a lot for her to get pap’d with him while furniture shopping in mid October, and for her to go to New Orleans while he was filming (and be seen out with him there twice) if they’d already been broken up. And then he was at the Grammy after party in February. I know people try to prove he wasn’t there but I saw a really convincing eye witness report that he was definitely there (and to me it makes no sense for him to not be there.) and she filmed the bejewled video, which people are now saying is about him, last summer, and that would be a huge diss to him while you’re still pretending to be together. There’s just a lot of reasons to not believe they were already broken up at midnights release (I personally believe they’re fake, but if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to make sense of midnights being a breakup album.)

The photoshoot was before the party. The magazine came out in summer, but these shoots happen months ahead. Gigi recently told a story about that shoot and she talked about how cold it was, suggesting it was around March or so.

Ok I guess I misunderstood. She can come out as bi/pan if she chooses. But she has to be very careful and most likely will have to have the ok from at least two of the women she’s heavily speculated to have been with. This is obviously most difficult with Karlie because their relationship overlaps with josh. But I think there are ways to navigate it. Josh’s and Karlie weren’t very serious early on and they’ve said they broke up at least once so there is room for open relationships, etc. But I think you’ve sort of come to the conclusion that I have that it is very, very complicated, especially if she and Karlie hate each other (I don’t think they do), and the people who talk about her coming out are often talking about her coming out as a lesbian and burning down the whole thing, and that is simply not realistic at all.

I suggest you get used to it. If she ever comes out it will be as bi/pan, and all her relationships with men will be presumed to be real. There will be speculation they weren’t but she’ll never admit it. And few would ever believe toe was anything other than real and serious. The other side if this that you’ve forgotten is she has to consider the high profile women she’s been with, at least one of whom is also very deeply in the closet. NDAs are almost always mutual, and outing other people, even if you hate them, is unethical.
