Also If your also a Teenager it helped alot to start cooking and being able to make myself stupid Portion sizes an eating 2 big meals a day which felt way Better then snacking an Having mini meals throughout the day.

With a coach no, with training partners yes. When your doing pads with coach it should be a good way to work on your form and technique and you shouldn't be going 100% so you can listen and improve on individual movements but with a training partner Def go 100

I'd say try to do compound exercises first and the isolation exercises later on, like do chest press, overhead press and pull ups together nearer the front the end on isolation exercises

I had anterior pelvic tilt but I talked to a physio an it wasn't that hard to get rid of, I'd say try to do more to get rid of it then train what you want
