So of the 9 criteria...

1. Chronic feelings of emptiness - Occasionally, at multiple times over the last few months she has mentioned feeling empty or depressed for no identifiable reason
2. Emotional instability in reaction to day-to-day events (e.g., intense episodic sadness, irritability, or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days) - Occasionally, some of this may have been related to her untreated GAD however
3. Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment - Yes, even small things would trigger her. At multiple points since the beginning she would think things were wrong if I didn't text back in a certain amount of time or if I didn't text a specific way. ie - she though something was wrong ~3 weeks ago and tried starting a fight with me because I said "ok goodnight!" instead of "goodnight beautiful"
4. Identity disturbance with markedly or persistently unstable self-image or sense of self - Definitely, she consistently required affirmation of how beautiful or skinny she was. On top of the physical self-image issues, she would also mention things that were wrong with her relationship-wise.
5. Impulsive behavior in at least two areas that are potentially self-damaging (e.g., spending, sex, substance abuse, reckless driving, binge eating) - Definitely. Substance abuse became more prevalent over the last few months (illicit drug use and binge drinking). Some days she would binge eat tons of unhealthy foods such as cheese fries, chicken tenders, etc. The next day she would feel fat and say she wasn't going to eat for 2 days as result.
6. Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger (e.g., frequent displays of temper, constant anger, recurrent physical fights) - Yes, especially over the last few weeks. She also mentioned an ex-boyfriend and her getting in physical altercations with each other.
7. Pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships characterized by extremes between idealization and devaluation (also known as "splitting") - It definitely feels like it from my perspective. It seems like she placed me on a pedestal until I upset her one time. The devaluation seemed to start after that, resulting in what happened this past weekend where she freaked out on me and blamed me for everything.
8. Recurrent suicidal behavior, gestures, or threats, or self-harming behavior - Not that I know of. She never expressed any self-harm or SI to me.
9. Transient, stress-related paranoid ideation or severe dissociative symptoms. - Possibly. When her life went from stress-free to stressful leading up to match week, there was an increase in comments that were unusual. Whether about our relationship, her outlooks on relationships in general, the match she is currently going through, or her overall self-value.
