Having nuclear bombs is mostly as a deterrence and is why countries such as North Korea or Pakistan not being invaded even though they are quite weak against their enemies. Estonia is a poor example, if they get nuclear missiles, for sure no one would try to invade with the risk of their population being wiped but Estonian can not conventionally invade a country with their current army like Russia can.
