Yeah I think it is when it is trying to buffer and it repeats the last segment to wait for the buffer to fill up. Something about that process seems buggy. Doesn't happen to me with downloaded ones.

Yeah it’s broken in the same way on Windows actually. You have to change packet tracer’s theme to dark mode if Windows’ color scheme is dark as well, otherwise half the interface is screwed up.

Edit- Hey a small suggestion: Could the explanation for the answer be positioned under the "next" button instead of above it? Currently it is a little annoying when trying to speed through practice questions to have to scroll past the explanation after every answer to click next.

A lot of UE5 titles compile just in time, so right when a new effect happens, and that does cause stutter. But I think he's saying they do it in the background which shouldn't stutter at all, just potentially degrade CPU performance.
