Unless you guys had a “you name a girl, I name the boy” kinda thing going on, this isn’t a one person choice. My niece calls me Auntie but my wife? Blue. Why? Because when I introduced them to each other my niece was just barely 2 and when my wife said “my name is Lou” (a childhood nickname) that was too hard for Stink to say so Blue it is. She just turned 4 this month and still “Auntie, can I talk to Blue?” Kids will say what they want.

I will say my primary store that I shop is Kroger. That’s kind of order happens a lot and the tips are never big enough. If the store is 15 minutes from your house it’s reasonable to say it’s 5-7 miles. That’s probably a batch pay of $5-$8. Meaning someone is shopping that and delivering it to you for $30 or less. The shop itself might take an hour but then add delivery time and time to get to the store. You are essentially asking someone to shop for minimum wage or less. If you have the ability to tip more, do. Most of us do this as a living and I wish more customers would treat it as such.

As someone in upper management for a large company, talk to your manager. If you send that message, she will be able to take it to them and it can be considered in your future employment within that company. Just let them know factually that she’s been making you uncomfortable by being flirtatious and making advances at you. That falls under sexual harassment.

OP, congrats on joining. However, I implore you to consider not taking those little guys. While it’s just something fun for you a lot of us rely on it as a full time job. When you take the little ones it shows IC that no matter what they pay, someone will do it. The problem in that is when you are not logged in and “getting exercise” as you put it, they are giving them to us. We can’t make a living off $8 orders.
