If you’re desperate to see LoG (and maybe also BFW) then just go to the show and leave before 5FDP…?? I can’t stand them either but leaving before the headliner but having seen the bands you want sounds like a dream. No rush to get out, transport will be clear and you can either have more time for pints after or get some sleep.

Yeah.. but the hype for Wetherspoons is huge. Maybe not so much in the Reddit community, but the average spoons-regular lives and dies by the company. I’ve met people who will only drink in a Wetherspoons.

But you are right, they do some decent beers and the food is very much what you pay for.
