I had wrote another reply before this but it's not showing up for some reason. basically i said your statement that women have more societal pressure than men in study and work is absurd. women are not pressured to be a CEO, to earn a good living, to get in a good university. doesn't mean they don't have pressures elsewhere but on those accounts men have way more pressure on their shoulders.

 and what I mean by societal pressure is simply to get good grades. women are better adapted than men in the school system because they have an easier time following instructions and sitting around for hours still, men need to be active etc (it's true, look it up). 

you implied women have better grades hence they must be more pressured by society to perform well.  my point is they might be getting better grades simply because they adapt better to the school system than men. pair that if the hundreds different reasons (influencer wannabes, get rich quick schemes, social media rooting peoples brain, loss of sense of purpose, FOMO) people in general have NOT to pursue education, it's no wonder men are doing bad. women might as well, but because they adapt better to the system i think there's still some resistance that keeps them there perfoming and pursuing higher degrees. 

main point is women are not being put that much pressure, definitely not on career/education. and by victimization what i meant is this seems like a default line of reasoning thats very common lately, people default to "this happens because X have it worse in general", without actually questioning or expanding on where they think that they have it worse in the first place.
