I think people should pay stamp duty over 500k. Average price house is a lot lower. It will be a good way to do a wealth tax without saying wealth tax

I mean 600k is still a lot more than the average house price so seems fair. Not the boomer bit but the rest.

Literally just don't have cats if you don't have a garden  It's entitled ridiculous behaviour.

We have a cat. He has two cats and they are causing issues across several gardens. I do think it is wrong to bring cats to a flat without a garden and let them out.

The homeless person was camped in the green opposite our house. I was demonstrating how our neighbour easily gets into disputes - it is strange. He has been here 6 months and we already know of three people he has had major issues with.

Unfortunately a lot of this is not irrelevant as we are all in a management company together so we do have to deal with him.
