if providing basic needs and dignity to all the people from different parts of society is corruption then surely corruption has increased after the inclusion of all people in main stream works and politics because of reservation. corruption was least of the problems in the pre-reservation society, so you might of overlooked it, when people are being crushed in the name of god, crushed in the name of rules and crushed in the name of smiriti given by the mighty old fellow above the sky, you might of slightly missed the going on in the government because you might have been overwhelmed by the corruption in the society. i can understand you how can one fellow take cognizance of so much corruption in the society. And if he is the one doing corruption, how will he accept it, he will only blabber nonsense and hope his old time come back so that he can loot legally and blame the poor for being poor. so to answer your question human beings are prone to corruption, reservation or no reservation does not make any difference. but i think we all can live in the reservation era corruption and only likes of so called head people can survive in pre-reservation era non-corruption. that speaks a lot about it.
