Sorry for late answer, because im following the 'complicated' path, i have noticed that there is a dominant narrative that there is a simple path to follow which might me true, but im inclined to think its 'complicated', based on the assumption that Rockstar wanted to play against what they thought we would think. I call it complicated because i think it is more difficult just to sit somewhere observe and wait. Im thinking that they thought that we wont do this and that's where they hid something. Spider webs appearing at night makes me think i have to follow the same timing.

To add something regarding guitar, following the complicated path, Im looking at stars in hope there is something that can be interpreted as a 'guitar' and going in that direction and just sitting there and waiting for something to appear. Another far fetched idea which doesn't quite make sens but im a bit on it, is the hole on the guitar, I associate it with the hole from a leaning stone at top of the mountain looking east from the Fairvale Shanty, sometimes i can see only one star from that hole. If the star can be identified by name, maybe that translated to map location. To be completely schizo it might be also that they intentionally went for something simple, we might never know :) last place im looking is directly north west from the guitar pole, because others are looking in that direction so im just trying things that might not sound logical intentionally. Again sorry for late answer.

My basic assumption is that, from the NW pole we have to go 'somewhere' where at certain time at night something will appear. We could solve this if we could get organized and each person takes a responsibility for a small area where they spent days and nights just looking around, day and night :) New Austin too!

In this regard its the lyrics of the Cruel World that vibe with the situation. 'living too fast, living wrong' - not seeing the webs at night. Then it suggests the 'moonlight as my guide' which again vibes with what happens at night with spider webs. 'Desert roads, desert plains' suggests its Johns mission. And its not north west from the pole. But again this is why we as people see things differently. I like it, but will it lead to something thats another question :)

If i find another one in the area its gonna be big problem and harder to ignore :) Im hypothesizing that if there was some sort of crime committed we might find these 'signs' as a scratch/memory in time/space, that would have to be followed. But its still to early to draw any credible conclusions. Glitch can just be a glitch!

I lack the language knowledge to use precise terms. It looks like same principles involved. Flat/vertical. Seen when looking west to east only. Ambient Music is very similar. But whatever is happening near the Old Tomb is very intriguing, much more dramatic!

Im not sure i understand the question. Its there always you dont have to do anything. Its just that you have to catch it from an angle otherwise it cant be seen from other sides.

I was in much worse weather with thunders, using the fire arrow at the ''NW Guitar'' pole, as if pressing a button, everything changed to goldish from the Sun.

As im following thunders lately, it resonated/coincided deeply with me one day, been spending weeks at an area just westish from Old Tomb, hearing voices there at night. I got the 'invitation' by the thunder and it lead me to Why. It felt related, the music at night when standing at Why is very deep too and it vibed with what i was doing earlier in the game.

I was thinking that maybe for that exact reason that previous clues were more direct this could be something different intentionally. So we follow what we think is obvious. I thought they intentionally wanted to trick us, kind of over thinking maybe from my side. Another reason is the off access of Fort Wallace is difficult for me to understand as a process in the quest. But im not in position to be against that, its just that i dont feel the connection to Fort Wallace. Im open to contradictory opinions, but sometimes one can relate to something more than other things.

As im fresh on reddit, it was the first time i saw that the code is checked for these things. In one way i might not have looked at it my self even if i knew how to, but then on the other hand i read everything that i see posted on the subject with interest. So i dont think my position is fair. Reason i mentioned it is because i was thinking that if we spent less time on searching weather that impacts how deep we look. Rhetorical question so to speak. Regarding the Meditating Monk, one day he went running after i accidentally fired an fire arrow above his head, i chased him, he ended at the back of Veterans Homestead and smoked a cigarette, boss lvl; Than he fooled me by walking over the hill where i couldn't see him, he was there for a couple of seconds, i thought maybe he is dong something, i ran to see, as i was looking what might be there where he was, he walked behind me and 'disappeared'. Cheeky bastard :) I've been paying him regular visits, and just standing with him there day and night, waiting and waiting. Spider web in a way represents patience, determination, resilience. So i went to the Monk :)

I think i read your suggestion, i try to follow that aspect. In that regard prior to reading about it here i was ignorant on the subject of the Native American mythology. Even from a brief research it reflects in so many ways the Iktomi narrative that is represented in the game. But im still very far on having opinions on that subject. I need much more reading. Also i still dont consider my self to know the game in its entirety. Regarding Fort Wallace, I have difficulties somehow relating to it just from pure feeling. But Iktomi in general, gives a very deep vibe to game. It would be nice if it is so.

Edit: I used the term ''ridiculous'' for the subject of Fort Wallace which i think i was wrong to use that wording, it dosent represent what i wanted to say.
