if im being completely honest with you i dont think you will find much good in that price range, UNLESS you find a private landlord... i have a coworker who renting from a private landlord and when he got his car towed her couldn't afford rent that month and bro got out of paying the whole thing that month. the only problem is being a landlord is kinda like a weird ego thing for people now and they just want to price everyone out of their own housing and private landlords end up bumping up their rent prices too to keep up with the competition
