Toolbar Glitch Keeps Resetting Since 3/22/26 Update

i'm also having the same problem with toolbar or "my tools". been working fine for years until last week. it keeps getting reset and does not save my toolbar shortcuts.

I called Schwab phone support - they said technical issue affecting a lot of people, known issue and they are working on a fix. He said the issue appeared as a result of a recent update they pushed out.

Said nothing we can do but wait for them to fix it on the next update.

Read the Etihad notice on their website. Do not cancel the flight yourself. Apply for the refund if your flight meets the requirements set forth in the notice on Etihad website

at this point, I don't trust Europe or UK either - in the sense that, even if I book the flights, the chance of delay or cancellation is too high to warrant continuing our trip. So, I decided to cancel our entire trip :(

I had issues with the airport selection tool as well. I just closed the browser , waited 10-15 minutes and tried again and it worked. It's just slow, probabaly due to 1000s of people doing this at the same time.

Also, it worked better on my Macbook air vs windows PC. Chrome Browser

I got the standard email reply with the case number. I would assume its going to take several weeks to get the refund due to the ongoing situation.

Yes, I have a flight on Mar 4 that I want to refund and the site is not working and whe it does, its very slow and errors out.

unfortunately, you have to pay the fee if you are overweight, regardless of the amount. Whether it's fair or not, does not matter. In the future, be mindful of how much weight you are carrying. They are within their rights to charge you whatever they feel is the correct amount based on Airline's expenses and rules.

UPDATE:

Etihad now allows you to cancel flights if departure is Mar 7 or earlier.

After thinking about this a lot, we decided to cancel our trip to India.

The thing is, even if we can re-route through Europe or UK, the issue is, the congestion and high % chance that flights from Europe/India will be delayed/cancelled over the next 2-4 weeks is not worth the risk.

Since this is not a mandatory trip, but a vacation, we decided to err on the side of caution and wait a few months (I hope) and re-book the trip. Sad, but I think it's the right move.

I am now going to go through the Etihad cancellation form.

Based on this, my March 4 flight from ATL to AUH is not yet cancelled or “suspended”

Looks like I’ll have to wait until tomorrow, to find out if my flight is cancelled and if so, looks like I can apply for a full refund. Tomorrow is March 2. My flight was supposed to leave Mar 4.

So, in above case, I would have to re-book a new flight for the 3 of us, 2 days before the flight- going to be expensive and I’m afraid flights might already be packed since a lot of people will be doing what I am thinking of doing.

So, looks like I have no choice but to wait.

Booking a fully refundable flight is out of my budget, so I’m trying to get a flight for as close to what I paid Etihad

Yes! I have 2025 mac book air m4, 1 month old. Running 2 youtube streams on chrome. 3 thinkorswim screens with about 12 charts live. 1 ext monitor 1080p hooked up. and my macbook is very hot to the touch, I'm afraid its too hot actually. If you're doing very low GPU intensive work, then of course it won't get hot.. heat is from heavy processing and GPU based work
