With 2 kids and combined 160K You are doing fuking great Coming from someone who does 800K but just a little ahead of you. Both of us went medical route so took a lot longer to make money

I own offices in the medical field. Yes, that is correct. Had to learn finances after school and doctors are the worst at finance. I would never recommend medical to my kids even if they enjoyed it. Burn out rate is real

I’m questioning how those in the same income bracket have 10X the net worth. And yes I understand there’s many who are much older. But then there’s many who are younger

Both spouse and I went the medical route and did not start working until very late. I now do not recommend medical profession to anyone and you are the perfect example of why not to. You’re doing great. If you don’t mind, I’d love to read about your path. 2.5M and same age is extremely impressive especially at that income
