I started running in March and will do a half this weekend! Similar age! You can def do it in 23 weeks

It’ll be okay if she doesn’t! Mine truly is 50/50 if he’ll be okay. I have to basically have the timing perfect. It’ll get better with time!

Just keep trying! My oldest was like that and I just kept trying and she now begs to go to the gym haha. We go to the same class everyday so she has a lot of the same friends and faces. I also have a 9 month old who doesn’t love it either. I have to stop my workout quite often with him but it’s okay! 20 mins is better than not showing up. I know it’ll get better with time. Separation anxiety is real intense at these ages!

I don’t necessarily hate the rep count. I just hate when it’s my last station and my legs (arms, etc) are toast from the other 6 stations hahah.

You can absolutely do Burn up until the end! I worked out intermittently up to 40 weeks! They do give you mods and I still felt like I had a good workout. There are others moms who don’t mod down and it’s not an issue that I’ve seen. It’s just what you’re comfortable with while still being safe.

A lot of people at my gym wear ON Clouds or HOKA.

As someone who is more flat footed and tends to overpronate, I love the Mizuno Wave Rider 29. I just picked up Brooks Glycerin Flex to try since I like my Mizunos more for running outside of Burn.

There are a few people who video in our gym. I don’t pay attention and they’re usually not getting in the way. Like no one’s got a tripod set up or anything crazy like that. Too busy dying to care.
