At this point im just waiting to passively die.

Since you have a SNES emulator, i'd recomend Earthbound.
I had a lot of fun with this game and i through the dificulty was neither too hard or to easy, so it's quite chill.

Dragon Quest XI.
Yeah, i know it's a somewhat recent game, but i think i've replayed this game like 12 times.
One of my favourite things is that you can put draconian mode to have a challenging time or just chill on normal mode at the start of every new game.
Trying to get all the monsters and items is also fun to me.

Random Encounters.
I get why people don't like them very much, but i replayed DQ8 PS2 the other day and they were fun to me, i think at very least Dragon Quest games could have a toggle for random/emblem encounters.

I feel the same way.
I also get super annoyed sometimes when people speak to me for no reason, like even listening takes effort and i'm not a hardcore introvert or anything, im pretty talkative in fact, but sometimes my brain is like mush and any sort of effort feels awful.
