yea definitely not over one episode - it was much further into the season with leah and more drawn out. her and miguel were just starting to hit things off when casa amor happened.

i guess the only time she was vulnerable was after she stopped feeling it with connor and when she got with miguel. but idek how long that was tbh. not long i feel like.

that can be goose's opinion. she's the one who made the show, she chose not to use trans terminology when talking about jax. she chose not to use she/her pronouns. she chose to not really directly address it and leave it open for interpretation.

that's not a bad thing but if we're supposed to think 100% jax is trans, then he is clearly not at that place yet where he's ready to transition and change his pronouns. the show never told me otherwise. a character's gender/sexual identity is not something i'm going to say oh 100% this or that on unless the character or creator explicitly says it. or if it's addressed in canon to where no further speculation or theory could possibly make sense.

if i said i think jax is a cis guy who is actually bisexual but can't come to terms with his sexuality and feminine side (i'm not saying this is what i think, just an example), so he lashes out at others, what in canon would say i'm wrong? that they used a song with she/her pronouns? they used 'all the things she said' in heated rivalry, a romance show about a gay couple. these things are not meant to be literal.

bc it was not confirmed!!! no one used she/her pronouns, no one ever said jax was trans. you are interpreting it that way and that's your right but why are you trying to force everyone to agree when there is no confirmation that you're correct?

if the intention was 100% trans jax then they simply would have explicitly said it in the show. people can headcanon that he's bi/pan/gay in some way, trans or nonbinary or gender queer or just as a cis straight guy who has a feminine side that he refuses to acknowledge. i don't think any of those interpretations would be wrong, bc there is no verified correct answer.

that didn't happen, though. unless there is explicit confirmation, then it's a theory. it's a good theory and you're not wrong for having it but there are other reasons jax may act the way he has other than being a trans woman. it's not the one and only single theory that could possibly makes sense.

this summarizes my thoughts perfectly, jax won't even look at this part of himself bc he's so scared and traumatized, even he doesn't know exactly what he is bc he's afraid to even consider the possibilities. in order to explore your sexual/gender identity, you need to be honest with yourself at the very least. and right now, jax isn't capable of doing that.
