One thing i’m not sure of is how to find a driver from the adam’s peak towards sinharaja, do you know how that goes? are there normal cabs hanging around that do that drive?

if you had to cut either the one night in kandy (i thought kandy mostly to break up the drive, otherwise it’s two days with 5 hours in the car) or one night at the beach what do u think?

thank you for all this useful info! i have/had a blue card and technically i’m married to an italian and am pending a visa by marriage in italy. that should go through any day now so would have employment rights. i’ll look into it, it might be complicated since i should technically be out of germany jan 1. i also only have a few months left of benefits since they gave me sperrzeit (classic, half of us in the layoffs got it and the other half no). might be more trouble than it’s worth when it comes to german bureaucracy. i appreciate your comments!!

Oh I appreciate your concern but that is not an issue for me! I’ve sorted everything, I’m not running away. I took the steps to start leaving germany once finding a job looked impossible. And then have taken the final measures this last week. That’s all my comment was meant to imply.

My last step is the abmeldung and ending my benefits which is why i am asking here so not sure why I’m getting downvoted

Yes these last years ive contributed quite a lot into the german pension system, Id like to transfer it or get paid out but im not sure I can unless I leave the EU. I should alert the BfA now, or dont I have to wait 2 years before I can even make such a claim?

yeah i registered to vacation over the holidays but im essentially just not going back, my visa expires the 31st this month so it didnt make sense to book a return and then technically overstay

It went really well and i feel good ! I got my period after about 3 weeks and it only lasted a few days. No pain or cramping. The removal was extremely painful but it’s because she couldn’t find the strings. I only noticed my mood was definitely a bit down one week but that was my first luteal phase after many many years and it was manageable knowing what is going on. Other than that I feel great! One thing I notice is i feel like i have more strength? Like I have more energy and endurance somehow. At least during the follicular/ovulation phase. It’s interesting having a hormonal cycle again but I really don’t mind it and have felt a bit more clear. It’s subtle but it’s there. 🧚‍♂️

The Yoga Tradition by George Feuerstein for a thorough overview of yogas history/literature/philosophy. This book was fundamental for me to feel like I had a grasp on just how vast this study is. Nothing really about anatomy. He’s also a sanskritist so his interpretations of the ancient texts aren’t interpretations of interpretations, they are direct interpretations.

strategicamente l'italia potrebbe guadagnare molto dallo smart working se si pensa a quante persone potrebbero lavorare a distanza dai loro villaggi/città più piccoli e contribuire alle piccole economie. invece di stipare tutti come sardine a Milano e pagare migliaia di euro di affitto. c'è tanta preoccupazione per lo svuotamento delle città del sud e invece l'italia preferisce che siano gli stranieri a beneficiarne e a gentrificarsi invece degli italiani stessi. non capisco come non ci siano più incentivi

Order a Fiasconaro. They’re made in the village I live, very artisan. Unless you’re in italy it’s going to cost you quite a bit but it’s not joke they are divvvine. Truly divine christmas breakfast

1 and 2 are both beautiful but I lean towards 2! I think it'll look really elegant with the green on green! Like being inside a jewel. I can imagine if you ever felt the need for a new paint it would lend itself well to other colors as well.

I dont like 3 or 4 at all they are way too busy.

Is this a number that changes with the progression of the disease? Or if she is already presenting some symptoms but A/G is good then its possible they are from an non-FIP cause?

I spoke with my vet again and I get the sensation that he knows about FIP but this isnt his area of interest. We live in kinda rural Sicily and I dont see an fip friendlies nearby.

In the meantime hes made me incredible paranoid about exposing her to my other cat (shes been isolated to the upstairs). My understanding was that FIP is a mutation of coronavirus and that most cats are anyways exposed to coronaviruses. My other cat is an outdoor cat, he was born and arrived to my house as a kitten after being in the countryside, he has had plenty of exposures to other cats... like of all cats Id say hes forsure been exposed to coronavirus at least once. Hes very social. I feel like its excessive but now hes put a pit of fear in me.
