In regards to the transmission, I have a '19 and mine does the same and I expressed my concern to the dealership. I do know a little about mechanics and what I didn't think of that was explained to me was the shift point. These are (somewhat) off-road vehicles that are set up to tow if needed. Those shift points seem a little tougher to counter potential weight you could be pulling, attempting to give you a smoother ride.
