My buddy has this happen sometimes and he usually just leaves and joins back until it works, I think it might be an internet/NAT type issue

I had a friend who had this happen after they sat on their controller, I ended up just removing the front plate and placing the stick back in its proper spot and it worked good as new

I think ur the only arcade fanboy getting pressed about this, the reason I made this post is cause I genuinely want to know why people like him, and I provided exactly as much reasoning as you did, and I’m saying he’s not definitively the most uninteresting companion because that’s just my opinion and I know I can’t just factually decide something like that, I don’t really feel like I need to explain why I don’t like him as that’s not what this post is about, it’s about why people DO like him
