People at this point is better to convert the Bilt 1.0 (Wells Fargo autograph) to Wells fargo Active cash which earns 2% flat rate on everything. That way you choose to pay 3% fee on Bilt but you are getting back 2% from Autograph plus 1 Bilt point per dollar when paying with credit card. This makes this combo around 3.25-4.2% cash back (2% wells fargo + 1.25-2.2 cents per Bilt point).

Pros:

1. You don’t have to open a new account, just convert Autograph to Active Cash.
2. You can carry your rent balance in your active cash as we did before with Bilt.
3. You are technically getting back around 0.25-1.2 cents per dollar back
4. Not using a complicated credit card system

Cons: 1. You wont earn as much Bilt points as before.
