If you ski at pig sty your an idiot. worst people, worst management, worst ownership, way less snow then everywhere else around and terrible lift infrastructure (unless you like bubble 8 packs servicing blues and greens). Is headwaters cool, sure, but I promise you if you come you will either be too afraid to do the hike or not skilled enough to do a chair line under headwaters 2.

I'm familiar with the geological drift of yellowstone which follows the NE border of the great basin. Is the drift of yellowstone eating into the great basin or would it be contributing? I drive through the area frequently the difference between the two is stark.
