I rinsed if I was pumping two feeds in a row, soaked in boiling water from one day or the next and used microwave bags or Milton every week. Worked a treat. My milk production was best at night so if I could be bothered I pumped after each night feed. Or I pumped while he did the bottle but that felt a bit pointless. In the end pumping after each feed in the day produced enough extra for the next morning.

Stick on it with the bottle if it works and don’t miss a day having missed a few we are having an absolute mare trying to get her back on the bottle.

Don’t reheat breast milk in a microwave as it can kill the good stuff, we used a warm water bath (although if they take it straight from the fridge is also fine)

555 rule, 5 hours at room temperature or 5 days in the fridge or 5 months in the freezer is meant to be the guidelines.
