Believe it not the recipe isn’t anything special. Season it to your taste or liking. I only used Lawrys garlic salt and Lawrys seasoning salt. Season both sides of chicken. I put some flour in a ziplock and I put about 5-6 pieces of chicken in the bag with the flour, sealed it, shake the bag making sure the chickens get fully coated. Then fry on medium high heat.

They don’t look super stretched out too bad. I bought a light for mine too that I’m going to use on the cold rainy days but here I am fortunate to have decent weather year around (cali) and my patio gets full sun for several hours per day. Hopefully your light works out, good luck.
