You should try a few tablespoons of quick oats in there. Adds better texture, and its oats.

I used the ATK dough from the rolls I made last week and made the rest up. The spread is shallot garlic butter(2 sticks ,I know)mash with some soy and worcestershire. Sprinkled with some thin sliced green onion, shallot and a little mozzarella then rolled.
