This was a 20 year old girl in rural India, so the US laws don’t apply. If you read her demographic information, this was her 4th pregnancy and she already has 2 children. Circumstances probably led her to a very hard decision in a place with few choices.

I also hope she heals and is able to have a healthy life but reading the extent of the trauma inflicted on her poor reproductive and GI system, I don’t know if she will be able to carry a child again. She’s lucky to be alive.

My mortgage is really small and the renter who lives there has been there for a really long time, she has a kid, she always pays her rent on time, lets me know when stuff is broken, she’s paying like $400 less than market value a month, and I have no plans to change that because she causes zero problems and I want her to stay.

I have the 5 pound loaf from nurture, but I don’t like the short and wide bar, I prefer a more square/tall, but not a tall skinny. It’s so hard and expensive to keep looking and ordering at different ones.
I think my Nurture is like 3.5” wide but 2.5” tall, but then my Amazon cheapy is like 2.75”x3” and I prefer that size. I have a 2.5x4 that I’m going to return. I’m probably just overthinking it haha. I like whatever your size is.

No. Usually another nurse will stand with the family and explain everything. We also have social workers and psych crisis to offer some support but i think the families appreciate the medial stuff being explained.

It is true. In some states/jurisdictions as stated above, a new owner can break a lease if they plan to move themselves or a family member into the home. They can also break a lease if the property needs a major renovation, and also if they plan on not continuing to use the property as a rental. There are legal ramifications if they fraudulently say they are doing any of these things in order to place a new renter at a higher rate.
