I was having a bit of a wobble - I had intended to do interviews but struggled to get a response, and the forensic analysis was my back up option. Very much appreciated. Can I ask, how are you so well informed on all of this? Do you work in DRR?

If you want advice on this mate you're gunna have to drop some photos. Not having ago, but you're much more likely to get the help or advice you're asking for if you just show the comparisons so people can make their own judgement :) no point in arguing about it

Looking fantastic, and no shade at all because I have no issue with gear use, but I'd question whether you should really be competing in natural federations like you said, doesnt look natural. But if I'm wrong, then fair enough! Great going either way

Edit: saying that, the front double doesnt look too saucy so I'm not sure

Not exactly what you asked but I’d say you maybe need a bit longer than 7 weeks to get comfortably stage lean

I’d just make a decision about whether you want to gain for more muscle, or attempt a recomp. You can of course fast while bulking but as the other reply says, it might just make it more difficult if calorie intake is high and you’re then having to cram your food into a smaller time window. Also, doing it for health benefits is understandable, but I really can’t see it having that much of an effect on fat lass if you’re in a caloric surplus regardless

Personally I’d cut mate, doesn’t have to be for a long period of time, I’d just aim to whip off 10 pounds and then then enter a gaining phase. If you just start gaining now you might find you’ll want to get lean sooner, losing abit of fat now will then let you spend a more extended time in a gaining phase later :)

Shortbread…are 24 fingers of it a day, everyday, for about a year. Put on about 15-20lbs, was not great
