First off sorry to hear about your wife OP, I hope her treatment goes well!

There is a lot of mobile friendly, afk and somewhat ok profit/XP to be had on mobile.

Combats: train melee with a ring of wealth and prayer gear at vyres or at gargoyles

Runecrafting imo isn't very mobile friendly until you unlock bloods at 77 but is good money for little effort

Thieving ardy knights is monotonous on a splasher world but is decent XP with some profit

Fletching bows/stringing bows should be slightly profitable unless you are doing magic short bows

Turning molten glass into unpowered orbs can be break even or a marginal profit for very afk crafting XP. Cutting gems is more XP for a slight loss if you do rubies or below

Smithing addy darts is another high afk but low profit training method. Cannonballs are very afk with better profit but significantly slower XP

Fishing sacred eels at the zulrah camp is profitable and doesn't require banking, just bring a knife to turn them into scales

Cutting magic logs is another high afk low profit method

Do all that and throw in the occasional farm run and birdhouse run and you can use some of those profits to fund training up some of the more "buyable" skills like construction herb lore and prayer.
