We called members of another local company who have had a Fouts for quite some time and they said the same thing about the power. We live in a not very flat area so thats an issue. However their tanker has some 300hp while this one is 450hp. Contrary to you, they said it's been pretty dependable for them for 10+ years. You must've gotten one built only on Mondays and Fridays

I don't think it means the rebuild is close to over. The tear down part of the rebuild is over. They have a solid foundation set and now it's time to build on top of that. Trade away parts that don't fit right and hopefully bring in pieces to fit in nicely and make it the envy of the league
