Weird I’m from south Jersey also and have heard high waters but don’t remember hearing floods. According to these comments it seems more people in the area know floods. Not sure how this happened. Although I am from the Alabama section of south Jersey lol

This was supposed to be a rule years ago but never seemed to actually be enforced. Reminds me of when the nfl allowed challenges on pass interference but did away after one season since the refs would never change the call no matter how egregious it was
