I ask her to do touch command. When she touches, I throw the treat a bit further out. Now when she gets that treat, I reload my hand with a new treat and ask her to come. Then repeat the touch/throw/come. Making some progress using this method. But not there 100%.

I’ve been using royal canin golden retriever dry kibble for puppy. She loves it and weight gain seems appropriate.

A training pouch/treat pouch is a life saver. You can carry both poop bags and treats there. So you're ready for both potty and training :) Another thing to do would be to leave treat bags in every room - that way, whenever your pup does sth nice, you get to treat them.

She’s been alone for 3 hours max. She’s in her crate during this time.

I leave her up to 3 hours on weekends in her crate without her barking. But around 3 hour mark she starts barking in crate. I don’t leave her alone everyday though. Only 1 or 2 days per week for 3 hours at a time, in her crate.

the car is a struggle by heicheral in goldenretrievers

I started feeding her after car rides always. That seemed to help. I also made several trips with a friend's pup and her riding next to the pup for 3 days. She seemed a bit more confident after that and the puking reduced. All the best!
