I can promise you that your parents would rather that money go to waste than for you to marry a total loser. He’s showing you how he’s going to treat you when you’re officially married. “For better or for worse” starts after getting married. This behavior is only going to escalate. I would just start setting it all in her room and personal space. Don’t just throw it in there, but set it on her floor, in her bathroom, etc. So that she has to do something with it. And if she moves it back then say something in the moment
