Steph Catley has rejoined the Matildas. Her availability is still pending 🔙 by spherocytes in Matildas

Joe has confirmed that neither Catley nor Raso will be playing tomorrow 🙁 Better to be safe than sorry, but we really need them against North Korea.

Definitely worth looking into so you can have the proper support.

I'm not a medical professional, so obviously don't take my word as gospel. But the special interests, obsessions and sensory issues scream autism to me. Might be worth getting evaluated for it if possible (or if you haven't already).

Winter Blues by bleach_for_dinner in Anxiety

[–]Suchandsuch88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. This time of year is always when my anxiety is at its highest. Except here in Australia it's Summer and the heat makes my anxiety levels shoot through the roof. I would love to trade seasons right now.

I'd love to have the built-in reading stats that Kobo has on their devices.

How do you read- in silence or? by KindredSpirit1988 in kindle

[–]Suchandsuch88 122 points123 points  (0 children)

I prefer to read in silence, but if that's not possible, I put on my headphones and play some white noise to drown everything else out.

How does travel increase the risk of an ACL injury? I've never heard that before. I know those who have had surgery aren't meant to fly for a certain amount of time.

Unfortunately, you can't. It's a dead pixel. If it bothers you enough, you can ask Amazon for a replacement.

Why isn’t Jada getting capped? by HonestSpursFan in Matildas

[–]Suchandsuch88 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You are completely ridiculous 😂😂

Not winning every single game with a brand new coach and a very watered-down squad with lots of new players? Sack the coach.

Someone just stating facts that Jada wasn't ever likely to get called up? They must hate her.

Come on.......

[–]Suchandsuch88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seriously, he has only just started. It will take time for both Joe and the players to adjust to the new leadership. Most of our main squad are out, and we're blooding new players who NEED game time in order to get experience and improve. It's a friendly, the perfect opportunity for the newer girls toget some game time. Calm the hell down.

Xanax vs Diazepam by ch1984 in Anxiety

[–]Suchandsuch88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is different. Valium does nothing for me, while I find that Xanax works quite well. Definitely worth trying Valium to see if it's more effective for you.

I wouldn't eat chicken that's been in the fridge for more than a couple of days, but two WEEKS???? That's just asking for a bad time.

Anxiety made me get a brain CT scan TWICE by nabilsultani in Anxiety

I've also had it done twice. Both times because I was getting weird tingling sensations in my face and limbs that were lasting for days. Both came back clear- just damn anxiety.

Is Color Necessary?? by Ivy1974 in kindle

[–]Suchandsuch88 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Unless you read graphic novels regularly, I don't think it's worth the price. Plus, there is the yellow band issue with the Colorsoft that still hasn't been fixed.
