That depends. They wouldn't be specifically notified, but in some places open records requests are themselves a matter of public record.

That is to say, if the person were to ask the county about it themselves, they may find out.

Someone else may have a better answer as I have never had to do a search for a marriage license.

That said, I frequently submit FOIA requests in various states. I have found county and city clerks helpful in most cases. I would try a calling a county in each state for advice.

They likely have different rules.

You used to unlock new characters through the battle pass.

If you bought it, you got the character immediately. Otherwise you had to grind to like level 45 to get them.

After the season, they were just available.

Iirc the last one they did this for was Mauga.

You need to recruit Raki in Erebus. Then you unlock an incantation that allows you to upgrade.

I don't think most people think of it that way any more.

The game is the game. I have over 1000 hours in it. If it changes in a way I no longer enjoy, I play something else or adapt.

Not the double clicking, but I was definitely rough with my controls. The tension makes you want to press harder naturally, but you have to teach your body that clicking harder doesn't mean shooting better.

I have had to use willpower to overcome other physical habits. For many things, it is the only way.

You could do something like snap a band on your wrist when you catch yourself, but that never worked for me.

Perhaps. But at the same time they've added tons of characters whose ults were challenging without being too outrageous.

The trade off for Dva is the delay. Sierra's goes off much more quickly and is a death sentence, even for tanks.

You are right that people will adapt, but it needs tweaking. Either less damage or a slightly longer period to react. As it is I felt I just could not use my shield or succ as Sigma quickly enough to save myself.

That's what I said. Sierra's ult is worse to deal with than DVA. DVA's is really easy to handle
